Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Our rental fee is $9,750, plus state and local taxes, for a weekend event.

Visit our Contact Us page! If your preferred dates are available, we can provide you with the rental contract. Your dates will be fully secured once the $2,500 deposit is paid, contract is signed, and certificate of insurance is obtained.

To reserve your dates, a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required and applied toward the total rental fee. In addition, a security deposit of $1,500 is required that is fully refundable within 7 days after your event, assuming no major damages to our property. 

After the deposits are made, we require the remaining balance to be paid in full nine months in advance of your event.

Understand that it is difficult for us to rebook your dates without sufficient advance notice, as most events book a year or more in advance. We recommend you get cancellation insurance in your event insurance policy. The $1,500 security deposit is fully refundable. Any remaining fees paid are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your event date.

Yes! You can rent Big Oak Sunday-Thursday at a discounted rate. Please visit our Contact Us page to submit an inquiry on pricing. Weekends are reserved only for Friday-Sunday.

Yes! In fact, you must bring your own vendors.

Lots! You will have full access to the barn, Manor House, corncrib bar, unfenced areas, linens, tables, chairs, restrooms, firepits, trail, games, decor, and more. Please visit our Pricing page to see what is included in your all-inclusive booking. 

We do not offer wedding planning, catering, or other services. To get you started, please visit our Area Vendors page. You have full access to our venue and everything included in our pricing page, however.

You will need to purchase event liability insurance. If other event related permits are required, we will point you in the right direction and provide contacts.
