One Price, No Surprises, No Stress!

 No matter your budget or if you want to DIY or full service, we got you! No two events are the same, which is why we offer a variety of venue and service packages, from basic to full service. We know you have a budget and planning an event can be tedious. That's why we offer simple pricing with no add-ons or complexities. All packages include our Manor House, beautiful barn, vintage corncrib bar, tables and chairs, getting ready spaces, linens and games, one-hour coordination and decor consult, and access to our nature trail, LOVE sign, firepit, 40 x 60 patio, and restrooms. Our two day and weekend packages also include accommodations for up to 10 guests. Below you'll find our pricing ranges, but please request a quote!

~ Venue Pricing ~

Elopement Package - $500

Two nights at our charming riverfront cabin. $175 each additional night added on.

Intimate cabin on the river. Bring your officiant and photographer!


Small, One Day Event - $950 to $2,300 max

Up to 75 people. Sunday through Thursday only.

Perfect for showers, engagement parties, reunions, and birthdays.


Large, One Day Event - $1,950 to $2,950 max

Up to 150 people. Sunday through Thursday only.

Ideal for larger celebrations or mid-week weddings on a budget.


Two Day Event - $3,500 to $4,950 max

Up to 150 people, includes all amenities, buildings, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. Sunday through Thursday only.

Budget weddings, business retreats, family reunions, etc.


Weekend Event - up to $6,950 max

Up to 150 people, includes all amenities, buildings, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. Friday through Sunday.

Weddings and retreats that want the convenience of the entire weekend.

Max is peak season. 

Excludes sales and local taxes and credit card fee (if applicable). There is a fully refundable security deposit of 20%.

~ Optional Event Service Pricing ~

Coordination Package - up to $650

Includes pre-wedding consult, rehearsal guidance, basic timeline, vendor confirmations, and 6 hours of on-site support. No set-up or take down included.

For those who love DIY but want someone to handle the logistics.


Decoration Package - up to $650

Includes 6 hours of styling support and day-of placement and staging of decor (provided by couple). No take down, timeline, or vendor coordination included.

For those who love planning but want help with detailed decor.


Coordination & Decoration Package - up to $1,950

Includes Coordination & Decoration Packages plus full service set-up and takedown.

For those who want a manager and designer for every detail.


Deluxe Package - $2,750+

Includes the Coordination & Decoration Package plus decor.

For those who want a smooth, fully personalized event.

Excludes sales and local taxes and credit card fee (if applicable).

Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

Our rental fee is between $750 and $9,750 for events with up to 150 guests, plus state and local taxes, and depends on your event date, size, and duration. Pricing may be higher for events exceeding 150 guests, as they require special permitting and accommodations. Request a quote!


Yes! While our barn is climate controlled, we still offer up to 30% off January, February, July, August, and December.


None.


To reserve your dates, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at contract signing and applied toward the total rental fee. In addition, a fully refundable security deposit of 20% is required at contract signing and returned within seven (7) days after your event, assuming no major damages, or upon cancellation.


The remaining balance shall be paid in full nine months in advance of your event. If your event date is within nine months, the full amount and security deposit are due at contract signing.

CANCELLATION DISCLAIMER

Dates are difficult to rebook without adequate notice, as most events are booked a year or more in advance. We recommend event cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances. The security deposit is fully refundable; all other payments are non-refundable unless the date is successfully rebooked.
