We know you have a budget and planning an event can be tedious. That's why we offer simple pricing with no add-ons or complexities. All packages include our Manor House, beautiful barn, vintage corncrib bar, tables and chairs, getting ready spaces, linens and games, one-hour coordination and decor consult, and access to our nature trail, LOVE sign, firepit, 40 x 60 patio, and restrooms. Our rental fee is between $750 and $9,750 for events with up to 150 guests, plus state and local taxes, and depends on your event date, size, and duration. Pricing may be higher for events exceeding 150 guests, as they require special permitting and accommodations. Request a quote!
Yes! While our barn is climate controlled, we still offer up to 30% off January, February, July, August, and December.

To reserve your dates, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at contract signing and applied toward the total rental fee. In addition, a fully refundable security deposit of 20% is required at contract signing and returned within seven (7) days after your event, assuming no major damages, or upon cancellation.
The remaining balance shall be paid in full nine months in advance of your event. If your event date is within nine months, the full amount and security deposit are due at contract signing.
Dates are difficult to rebook without adequate notice, as most events are booked a year or more in advance. We recommend event cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances. The security deposit is fully refundable; all other payments are non-refundable unless the date is successfully rebooked.
