
Our classic, two-story red barn is a flexible space for up to 150 people that can be rearranged or customized to suit many event styles or sizes. A rarity is the unique blend of history with original, hand-hewn logs and wood floors from the property combined with modern amenities including climate control, dimmable lighting, and elegant restrooms. We have both indoor and outdoor capacity and a Big Ass Fan to keep air circulating. While we have string lights, feel free to bring your own.

Circa 1892 and beautifully restored in 2022, the Manor House offers classic accommodations with modern amenities, sleeping up to 10. Your caterers or Aunt Nancy will love the fully equipped and spacious Chef's Kitchen and all guests will enjoy games and chatter at the farm table in front of the picture window. There are three fireplaces to get cozy with, if you must.

A spacious 40x60 foot area located off the base of the barn, leveled off for easy access. Meant for dancing, mingling, dining, outdoor ceremonies and more. Plenty of space for the DJ or band with extra outlets. You have the option of adding a tent.

Our vintage corncrib bar adds rustic charm and character to any event. Restored with original wood and unique details, it’s a one-of-a-kind focal point—perfect for serving drinks and creating a memorable guest experience. Have a seat on the bench and just imagine sharing this space with chickens and freshly picked corn during the past era.

Located on the first floor of the barn. A blank canvas and fun space to make your own. Add sofas, TV, gaming system...your own flare! Use the mini-fridge and bar area, throw open the doors and smoke those cigars, gentlemen!

The property features sprawling grounds that showcase scenic countryside views—ideal for indoor and outdoor celebrations alike. Walk the mowed trail and meander through the field, taking in the countryside, cattle, and horses. One just might want to move here.

Upon request, we can also coordinate a drive across the creek for 360-degree panoramic mountain views and pictures with our horses.

Elegant seating arrangements for you and your guests. Available are 22 8'x30" rectangular folding dining tables, perfect for 8-10 people each. Four 6'x30" banquet tables for serving guests. 175 black wood-resin folding chairs. Two 34" square folding tables for gifts, guestbook, and pictures. An eight foot wooden farm table for the bride and groom or guests of honor.

White and black table linens are available for use in addition to two Solo smokeless firepits, corn hole, life-sized Jenga and Connect Four, 8' wooden arbor, white curtains, parking lot, and more.

The Barn is fully handicap accessible, with ramps, wide doorways, and a privately accessible restroom to ensure all guests can enjoy the venue comfortably. The Manor House does not have a ramp but the first floor, one step up the front porch, is assessable, including the restroom.

Lots! You will have full access to the barn, corncrib bar, trail and unfenced areas, linens, tables, chairs, restrooms, firepits, games, decor, and more. We also offer optional decor and event services provided by our trusted Event Styling & Service Coordinator! For weekend events, you will also have access to the Manor House, but the Manor House is also available for weekday events upon request. Please visit our The Space page to see what is included.

Yes! At Big Oak you have choices of where to hold your ceremony and reception. For guests of around 110 people, events can be held inside the beautiful barn upstairs, still enjoying scenic country views through the barn doors. Catering and lounging can be held on the first floor along with our gorgeous restroom facilities. For larger events, we will provide a beautiful tented area over our 60x40' mountain view patio, which is connected to the first floor of the barn. This provides comfortable indoor/outdoor space and flow between the ceremony, reception, caterers, lounge, and restrooms.
