From baby showers and engagement parties to celebrations of life, corporate events, and everything in between – we’re here to make your events memorable. Host your gathering Sunday afternoon through Thursday evening at a significantly reduced rate compared to weekend bookings. Perfect for intimate occasions, professional gatherings, or meaningful milestones that deserve a beautiful space without a steep price tag. We believe every life event deserves to be special – and affordable.

One-day bookings only.

Prices typically range from $750 to $2,500, depending on the size of the event and buildings needed.

Note that the Manor House is not included for one-day bookings but can be available at the seasonal market rate.

What's Included?

Beautiful Barn

Our classic, two-story red barn is a flexible space for up to 150 people that can be rearranged or customized to suit many event styles or sizes. A rarity is the unique blend of history with original, hand-hewn logs and wood floors from the property combined with modern amenities including climate control, dimmable lighting, and elegant restrooms. We have both indoor and outdoor capacity and a Big Ass Fan to keep air circulating. While we have string lights, feel free to bring your own.

Vintage Corncrib Bar

Our vintage corncrib bar adds rustic charm and character to any event. Restored with original wood and unique details, it’s a one-of-a-kind focal point—perfect for serving drinks or hors d'oeuvres and creating a memorable guest experience. Have a seat on the bench and just imagine sharing this space with chickens and freshly picked corn during the past era.

Property

The property features a charming rustic barn, multiple historic buildings, and sprawling grounds that showcase scenic countryside views—ideal for indoor and outdoor celebrations alike. Walk the mowed trail and meander through the field, taking in the countryside, cattle, and horses. One just might want to move here.

Fun Lounge

Located on the first floor of the barn. A fun space to relax and hang out, featuring games, mini-fridge, and more.

Unforgettable Photos

Horses. Cattle. Rolling hills. Mountains. Barn doors and loft. Hay bales. Love sign. Tractor. Creek. Trail. Arbor. These are just some of the photo opportunities at your disposal. Upon request (and small additional fee), we can also coordinate a drive across the creek for 360-degree panoramic mountain views and pictures with our horses.

Tables & Chairs

Elegant seating arrangements for you and your guests. Available are 22 8'x30" rectangular folding dining tables, perfect for 8-10 people each. Four 6'x30" banquet tables for serving guests. 175 black wood-resin folding chairs. Two 34" square folding tables for gifts, guestbook, and pictures. An eight foot wooden farm table for the guests of honor.

Linens & Extras

White and black table linens are available for use in addition to two Solo smokeless firepits, corn hole, life-sized Jenga and Connect Four, parking lot, and more.

Handicap Accessibility

The Barn is fully handicap accessible, with ramps, wide doorways, and a privately accessible restroom to ensure all guests can enjoy the venue comfortably.

Restrooms

Clean and convenient facilities for your guests. Individual bathrooms with a common entering center. Private handicap accessible restroom available.

Cozy Firepit Area

Cozy up with family and friends for a warm, intimate atmosphere at our Solo smokeless firepits.

Concrete Patio

A spacious 40x60 foot area located off the base of the barn, leveled off for easy access. Meant for dancing, mingling, outdoor ceremonies and more. Plenty of space for the DJ or bands with extra outlets.
